DELIVERY INFORMATION & TERMS

We currently use national couriers to deliver all of our orders across the UK.  Please see the following Delivery Information:

1) We offer FREE next working day delivery for Main Land UK Only only for orders above £60 and a delivery charge of £6.50 for orders below £60.00.

2) If your delivery destination is in the UK but not on the Main Land delivery is usually 2 - 3 working days. 

3) Our daily cut-off time for dispatches is 3.00pm on Monday to Friday.

4) We do not dispatch on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. So any order made on a Friday before 3pm will be delivered on a Monday unless prior arrangement with our sales team at an additional cost.

5) Our couriers, in order to keep delivery charges at a minimum, will not make deliveries on Bank Holidays.

6) If an order has been dispatched and the customer chooses to cancel the order they will be liable for any costs incurred by the courier company to return the parcel back to the depot. Depending on the size and weight of the order the return cost can vary significantly from a minimum charge of £17 up to more than £200 for extremely large orders. Please bear this in mind before making an order.

7) We are aware that sometimes there may be general wear and tear during the handling of parcels by the courier company, we are not liable to replace or refund items unless they are deemed not fit for purpose (unable to carry or hold items as intended) by quality control. This extends to our wardrobe boxes, which we are aware sometimes can endure partial ripping to the edges during the packaging process, we have to send them out this way due to size limits placed by couriers. We have tried and tested our wardrobe boxes and this does not deem them un-fit for purpose so we recommend putting the box up with tape as normal before contacting us. 

8) Non receipt of an order by the customer due to no-one being at the delivery address to receive it and the customer not responding to the “Please get in touch with us card” (which in these circumstances will have been left by the courier and provides the customer with contact details to arrange a mutually convenient time to deliver) will result in the order being shipped back to us and we will incur a return charge. Therefore, should the customer require the order to be re-sent a charge of £17.00 will apply to cover the return charges and additional administration. A refund of the order cost to the customer will not apply under these circumstances.

9) We use some stock imagery on our site for display purposes, the full inventory of what is included in our kits can be seen listed in the product description. Please check the product description before ordering as we will not send out items that are not listed in the inventory.
